The price includes a complimentary mini-guide and children receive an in-flight kids' pack. Fast Track tickets are ideal for individuals, couples and groups who want to make the most of their day.

New 4D Experience at the Merlin Entertainments London Eye

Free with every ticket,is entry to the new 4D experience at the London Eye. An inspiring journey of discovery that brings London to life through breathtaking perspectives with unique views and multi-sensory effects, including wind, bubbles, and smell. All guests wishing to see the new 4D experience, should join the 4D queue with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked flight time for the London Eye. Alternatively visit at leisure after your flight

How to use your Fast Track voucher

1. Take your voucher to the Priority Check In desk inside the ticket office situated in County Hall (opens at 9.30am each morning) which is the building next to the London Eye, where you will be advised of the next available flight time.

2. Entry is subject to availability.

3. Once you have redeemed your voucher for a ticket, the ticket is non-changeable and non-refundable and not for re-sale.

4. A child voucher is for ages 4-15 years. Children under 4 go free and do not require a voucher, but must be pre-booked, so please mention when redeeming your voucher at the ticket office. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years.

Validity

Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Use of vouchers is subject to availabilty.

  • July/Aug: 10.00am - 9.30pm
  • Sept: 10.00am - 9.00pm
  • Oct/Nov/Dec: 10.00am - 8.00pm
  • Ticket office opens at 9.30am every day

  • Christmas Eve: 10.00am - 5.30pm
  • Christmas Day: Closed
  • New Years Eve: 10.00am - 3.00pm

Weather

There are occasions when the London Eye is unable to operate due to extreme adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If your "flight" is cancelled, you will be entitled to re-book your "flight" for another date/time, but no refund will be issued by the London Eye.
