Volcanic disruption information

To reassure you, we’re working hard to help Airmiles members affected by the volcanic ash disruption - both those due to depart and those currently overseas.

We’ve put together this information to let you know what we’re doing:

If your flight's cancelled before you go

You should be able to change your flight, subject to your airline's policy and availability.

Alternatively, you can claim a refund for the cancelled flights, if booked through Airmiles.

If you're overseas/mid travel

Many of our members are currently overseas – with return flights cancelled. Our dedicated Incident Team are currently contacting these members, starting with those with the earliest return date.

  • If your return flight’s been cancelled and you’re due to travel within the next 48 hours, but you’ve not had a phonecall from us yet, please call us on 00 44 1925 848 693 or email travelservice@airmiles.co.uk and we'll arrange to call you back.

  • If you booked a ‘package holiday’ through us (e.g. First Choice, Kuoni) and you’re currently on holiday, please speak to your local holiday Rep, who’ll have the most up-to-date information for your location.
